Kyrgyz Post
The State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Post" was established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1992. In May 2003, the enterprise was re-registered with a new charter. On April 8th, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic passed Resolution No. 203, reorganizing the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Pochtasy" under the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously, it was under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. The resolution also transformed it into an open joint-stock company called "Kyrgyz Pochtasy," with 100% of its shares remaining in state ownership. The postal service departments form the basis of the network of Kyrgyz Post branches, and a uniform accounting system for regional postal service structures is introduced based on uniform accounting principles of accounting, tax, and management accounting.
